Hotel Accommodation
Block reservations have been made at different category hotels near the congress venue at special rates.
Blocks of rooms have been booked for 4 nights (15-19 June)
Hotel booking at special price will be possible during the Registration procedure and is managed by MEET AND WORK srl (for any info, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at meet@meetandwork.com).
How to make your hotel booking online through MEET AND WORK srl:
– when registering for the congress: once you have selected the registration fee corresponding to your category, the system will ask you if you wish to book further services, as social events or hotel booking;
– or afterwards: logging in again with your credentials from the registration link and adding the request for a hotel booking or other services.
Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to be made in writing and addressed directly to Meet and Work by email at meet@meetandwork.com and not to the hotel.
Deadline for hotel reservation: May 30, 2026.
All prices are intended per night, per room, breakfast included. City tax per person, per night not included.

Rates are per day, per room, B&B arrangement, tax and VAT 10% included.
City tax not included (3,50€ per person per night)
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of the hotel reservation, written notification must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat.
Penalties:
- Penalty of 50% of the total amount for cancellations received by May 15, 2026
- For cancellations received after May 15, 2026, a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay will be applied.
No refund will be given for failure to notify.
Any refunds will be processed by the Organizing Secretariat within 60 days of the Congress.
